2020 has soon come to an end! It has been a year with both ups and downs, to say the least.
One of the ups is definitely the end of a slightly unreal project – the beer we’ve made with one of the best restaurants in the world, Noma in Copenhagen.
We brewed the beer in November last year together with Feline and Francesca from Noma. The beer was fermented and aged in red wine barrels with microbes from grape skins from Weirdloose Overdrive, a Danish natural wine producer.
Now the beer has been packaged and labeled and hopefully the Corona situation will be better soon, for people to enjoy this beauty as part of a nice dinner experience at Noma.
