According to EU regulations we can’t call our ”Vild Gin” a gin. Apparently a gin has to be made from 96% grain distillate, meaning the wild ale we distill in Landskrona isn’t worthy. Skräddaren säger nej, helt enkelt!
Of course we should’ve known this before we started calling our ”gin” a gin but some bumps in the road are to be expected and to learn from, as always.
After the current stock of our Vild Gin has run out at Systembolaget it will no longer be available.
However, this spring we will re-release our g*n again – same product, same bottle, different name.
